Demand Planning Manager

We are seeking a Demand Planning Manager to join our Careem Grocery team, a startup within a startup, to help us reinvent the way people shop for grocery, pharmacy, and retail products. As a Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, managing demand variability, and leading the Sales and Operations Planning process.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in a supply chain role or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Supply Chain or Operations Management
• Strong analytical capabilities, mastery of Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to self-serve, investigate, and get the data required
