Demand Planner

EquipmentShare is hiring a Demand Planner to support their Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO. The role involves continuous analysis of fluctuating demands and service expectations, adapting to seasonal variations, and ensuring optimal inventory levels and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Lead demand planning and management processes for new and existing products
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to gather market intelligence, analyze data, and forecast demand accurately
• Manage Supply Chain inputs to D365 products and maintain Planning and Purchasing released product fields
• Provide support in developing seasonal demand forecasts, eComm specific forecasts, and anticipate customer reactions to promotions and discounts
• Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness, to meet customer demands, and identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply
• Lead forecast meetings with stakeholders as needed and support S & OP meeting needs
• Provide guidance and direction to Supply Planners regarding the optimal quantities for purchase order placement
• Assist in Supply Chain risk assessment and mitigation activities
• Manage demand planning processes and systems for continuing improvement
