EquipmentShare is hiring a Demand Planner to support its Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO. The role requires a proactive problem-solver who can analyze market trends and inform strategic decisions. The individual will lead demand planning and management processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain demand plan accuracy. The position is onsite.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 4+ years of work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution, and/or Purchasing
- APICS certification is a plus
- Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team
- Results driven, utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals of the team and overall company
- Demonstrates particular attention to details, and proven time management skills and quickly adapts to a changing business environment
- Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, able to listen and can use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make informed decisions based on facts and good judgement
- Superior communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal skills; able to listen effectively to solve problems, anticipate issues and make effective decisions as needed
- Prioritizes high integrity, problem-solving skills, customer satisfaction approach, as well as a competitive mindset
- Ability to flex as needed to ensure all daily responsibilities are handled accurately, timely and communicated as needed while achieving individual and team goals
- Comfortable with all varieties of technology such as ERP/MRP systems, EDI, forecasting tools, customer portals, etc.
- Proficient using MS Office/Google Suite. Experience with MS D365 or another ERP system is a plus
