Careem is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations for Careem in Jordan. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of procurement/sourcing experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
- 4-6 years of procurement/sourcing experience
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of local supplier markets in Jordan; English & Arabic proficiency
- Experience with procurement tools/systems is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
- Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for driving efficiencies and enabling business operations
