Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East and is looking for a Senior Captain Acquisition & Market Ops Lead to drive supply growth in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in acquisition, logistics, or operations in a fast-moving environment
- Proven track record of last mile operations or supplier/vendor management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required; SQL is a plus
- Analytical mindset with comfort handling numbers and supply metrics
- Proficiency in Arabic & English
- Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects independently
