KKR is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Associate to work in partnership with Relationship Managers to develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors at leading wealth management firms. The ideal candidate will bring a team-orientated work ethic, knowledge of alternative asset classes, and a strong inclination for a sales-oriented career path.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience with financial advisors at leading wealth management firms
• Knowledge/experience in international Wealth Management
• Understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Team player with ability to collaborate across sales, product, and other functional areas
• High level of accountability and drive

Benefits

• Base salary range: $140,000—$165,000 USD
• Discretionary bonus based on individual and team performance
