We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Workday Lead Developer/ Solution Architect to lead the technical delivery and optimization of our Workday platform and supplemental HR systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR technology or a related role, with deep hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM and related HR systems in a global environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
- Deep expertise across multiple Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Performance, Talent, Recruiting, and Reporting
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend application development and deployment
- Hands-on experience building and managing Workday Prism data pipelines
- Experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
- Knowledge of change control, release management, and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Experience with custom Workday objects, business processes, report development, and HCM configuration
- Strong functional understanding of HR processes, including recruiting lifecycle, onboarding workflows, and HR technology data architecture
- Knowledge of Workday security and reporting concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a solid foundation in SDLC
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a complex, global organization
