The Senior Manager, DTC & Digital Marketing role oversees the overall digital marketing strategy, including brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion across direct-to-consumer and digital channels.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing (experience in both is preferred) with a focus on lead generation.
- Proven success in managing online lead generation campaigns using SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and direct reports
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to refine strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot), SEO platforms, and analytics software.
- Creativity: Innovative thinking for designing compelling campaigns.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Collaboration with creative teams, content creators, product marketing leaders, and external partners to execute marketing plans
