Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Mexico
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Skilled in patient communication, documentation, and problem-solving
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Proficient with electronic health records and mobile charting
