Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of New Mexico
- Experience in home health preferred, but not required — mentoring is available
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfort working independently in patient homes
- Commitment to safety, quality, and patient dignity
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
