The Insurance Pricing Leader will play a critical role in the design, pricing, and financial sustainability of CareScoutās insurance products, focusing on new and innovative life and annuity hybrid products with LTC benefits.
Requirements
- Lead pricing and product development for standalone LTC and life/annuity LTC hybrid products
- Work with internal partners and 3rd parties for product development, pricing and/or implementation efforts
- Consult with valuation, modeling and experience teams
- Deliver well-documented pricing models, actuarial memoranda and exhibits, and pricing recommendations
- Evaluate product updates and enhancements
- Identify, quantify, and clearly communicate product risks, trade-offs, and long-term profitability considerations
- Take end-to-end ownership of pricing accuracy, governance standards, and continuous improvement of pricing methodologies and tools
- Partner closely with Product Development, Underwriting, Risk, Finance, and Compliance
