Partnership Implementation Specialist

CareScout is seeking a Partnership Implementation Specialist to drive onboarding, implementation, and program success for its partnerships ecosystem. The role will manage the client implementation process, ensure stakeholders are aligned, and timelines are met.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, client implementation, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills, ability to break down complex processes
• Ability to support cross-functional relationships, build trust and alignment across teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in core tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM systems, Monday.com, Figma and/or other project management tools
