CareScout is seeking a Partnership Implementation Specialist to drive onboarding, implementation, and program success as they expand their partnerships ecosystem. The role will focus on effectively managing the client implementation process, balancing priorities, and ensuring alignment on shared goals, timelines, and success metrics.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, client implementation, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to break down complex processes into structured project plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in core tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems, Monday.com, Figma, and/or other project management tools is a plus
