
Job description
The Health Partner Incentive Analyst II is responsible for performing administrative functions around the set up and maintenance of health partner incentives to ensure accurate and timely implementation of new value based health partner contracts.
Research, gather and analyze data for contract modeling related to health partner capacity, assignment, and member engagement. Assist in the development of SOPs related to health partner set up and maintenance.
Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and within a team, and excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
