Job Description
Director of Nursing position at Carespring facilities, responsible for overall management of nursing department, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing excellent patient care. Must be available 24/7, have good human relations, and be assertive and motivated.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current license in the state in which he/she is practicing
- Management skills, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling
- Communication skills and follow-up capabilities
- Gerontological certification within two years
