Job Description
Carewest is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at Glenmore Park. The LPN will work in a short-stay restorative care program and will be responsible for completing client assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and administering medications.
Requirements
- Graduation from a recognized LPN program
- Current and active registration with CLPNA
- Current and active Basic Life Support Provider CPR
- Nursing experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills required
