Job Description
Carewest is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Health Care Aides in their rehabilitation and community transition program. The role involves providing on-going client care, including medication administration, reporting changes in client status, and collaborating with Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an Alberta Government recognized Health Care Aide program
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Active and current registration in the Alberta HCA Directory
- Ability to manage physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and repositioning clients
