CareWorks Health Services is seeking a Senior Care Community Liaison & Intake Manager (MSW) to convert referrals into clients. This role focuses on achieving aggressive revenue targets while maintaining high client retention and satisfaction. The role involves daily in-home visits, managing referral sources, and analyzing pipeline metrics.
Requirements
- MSW degree
- 1-3 years in healthcare sales/outreach success
- Valid CA DL + reliable transport
- CRM proficiency (WellSky/ClearCare preferred)
- Empathy, resilience, and consultative-selling skills
- OC referral network
- Gerontology/ geriatric certifications
