Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager to provide high-quality care and services to residents and their families. This role involves resident care, physical and emotional support, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. The Care Manager will work as part of a team, championing quality of life for all seniors in accordance with standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Review and document resident information.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns promptly.
