Job Description
Carilion Clinic is seeking a Chief of Dermatology & Mohs Surgery to lead an established team of 14 physicians and Advance Practice Providers in an academic, multisite practice. The position requires an academic appointment at VTCSOM and offers teaching, research, and mentorship opportunities.
Requirements
- Current board certification in Dermatology
- 5 years of progressive Dermatology leadership in an academic setting with a rank of Associate Professor or Professor
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience with team building; development of integrated collaborative models of care, education, and research; and managing people and programs.
- Experience with graduate medical education is preferred
