Bookkeeper

Seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Part-Time Bookkeeper to support both real estate and service-based business accounting. Approximately 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.

Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting multiple business entities
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Comfort reconciling PayPal and other bank accounts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
