Estate Sale Company Operations and Logistics Manager

Caring Transitions of Euless is looking for an Operations and Logistics Manager to join our team in our North Richland Hills office. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and execution mindset, comfortable balancing client sales, operations, and physical labor, and experience in logistics, moving, estate sales, construction, warehousing, or similar hands-on environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of management experience in a professional environment
• Proven track record in business development and sales
• Ability to quickly adapt and access various staff areas as needed
• Reliable transportation for supply transport and operational needs
• Strong proficiency with office and warehouse management systems and technology platforms
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience assisting with post-sale shipping and logistics
• Skilled in organizing and maintaining warehouse operations
• Comprehensive understanding of company services
