Team Lead - NE Denver Territory

We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee and support project team members involved in sorting, packing, online auctions, estate sales, cleanouts, and relocations. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and professionally while delivering compassionate service to clients during important life transitions.

Requirements

• Lead and supervise team members on-site during projects
• Coordinate and support sorting, shooting, lotting, estate sales, cleanouts, packing, and resettling activities
• Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and within labor expectations
• Communicate updates with clients, team members, and management
• Maintain safety standards and reinforce company policies and procedures
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting team members
• Help organize tools, supplies, and project logistics
