Requirements
- Lead and supervise team members on-site during projects
- Coordinate and support sorting, shooting, lotting, estate sales, cleanouts, packing, and resettling activities
- Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and within labor expectations
- Communicate updates with clients, team members, and management
- Maintain safety standards and reinforce company policies and procedures
- Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting team members
- Help organize tools, supplies, and project logistics
