Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance activities across float line systems, autoclaves, furnaces, cutting tables, and robotics. Ensures uptime and product quality through preventive and corrective maintenance.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in automotive or glass manufacturing
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of float glass operations and industrial utilities
- Effective communicator with leadership and organizational strengths
- Experience in union environments and collective bargaining
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts with consistent attendance
