Job Description
Do you want to bring the production site of Carlisle Construction Materials in Weesp to the next phase? As an Operational Manager, you are ultimately responsible for production and give functional direction to other departments at the location within the matrix organization. With your leadership and seniority, you position Weesp as a full-fledged and future-proof plant within an internationally listed company.
Requirements
- You have natural dominance and a pragmatic approach. You are used to being ultimately responsible for an operational site and feel comfortable in a role where you provide direction and work together where necessary.
- A hands-on, senior leader with at least 10 years of experience within operations or production;
- At least a completed MBO4 or VAPRO C;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
