Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage our operation in Tilburg, NL. As Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 4 Warehouse Supervisors, 8 Assistant Supervisors, and approximately 150 Warehouse Operators. You will be responsible for building a culture where our people feel at home and safe, and motivated to work together to provide optimal service to the customer.
Requirements
- HBO work/degree level
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within (contract) logistics
- Proven experience in coaching and developing managers
- Very skilled with MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems
- Fluent command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing
