Operations Manager

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead one of the main processes at their high mechanized fulfillment center in Bleiswijk, NL, responsible for 200-400 employees, and work on making operations efficient and cost-effective.

Requirements

• HBO education
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a logistics environment
• Proven experience with coaching and developing leaders
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
