Team Lead Operations

As Team Lead, you'll ensure your logistics team achieves its daily goals and lead a team of 30 employees and 2-4 Team Coordinators. You'll be working at our Bleiswijk location, where we have a warehouse of 140,000 m2, handling logistics for Zalando.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in managing a team in a similar warehouse/logistics work environment
• Full-time availability, working in 3 shifts
• Proficient in English, in writing and speaking, Dutch is a plus
• Strong communicator, able to handle stressful situations
• Good social and contact skills
