Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to employees and management, ensure the effective operation of HR processes and systems, and collaborate with HR Business Partners and management.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in HR administration
- Vocational education with HR specialization or comparable qualification
- High level of quality awareness and structured approach
- Digital literacy and interest in HR systems
- Excellent German and French language skills
- Self-motivation, reliability, and attention to detail
- Service orientation, teamwork, and excellent communication skills
