Transport Manager

The Transport Manager role is responsible for ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to, carrying out investigations and disciplinary hearings, maintaining and updating fleet documentation, and ensuring regulations relating to vehicles are followed.

Requirements

• Current and valid Transport Manager CPC holder
• Ability to communicate clearly and engage with a broad spectrum of contacts
• Experience with IT Systems such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Microlise
• Clean Category C Licence is desirable
• Keen attention to detail
• Works well both individually and as part of a larger team
• Collaborative and flexible mindset, willing to help team members when needed
• Someone that has good organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise the work of self and others
• Experience of managing a team of distribution operatives
