The Transport Shift Manager is responsible for leading a team to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient transport operations every day, ensuring drivers and vehicles meet legal requirements and provide an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience supervising or leading within transport or a logistics network
- Experience within transport compliance
- Customer Service
- IT literate
- Manual Handling
- IOSH certification beneficial
- Transport Manager CPC beneficial
