We are seeking an Account Manager to have full commercial responsibility for a portfolio of clients using a range of CARMA’s monitoring and analysis services.
Requirements
- Taking commercial responsibility for Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury clients while actively promoting client retention and business growth
- Ensuring that clients maintain optimal profitability levels by identifying and resolving low-profitability issues, and creating strategies to enhance profitability
- Working closely with the Insights team to provide consultancy services to clients, focusing on service optimisation from the initial scope and design stage to prioritising insights and recommendations
- Managing projects across the full spectrum of services for each client, ensuring professional and high-quality delivery through prompt responses, effective communication, and strong stakeholder relationships
- Making sure all client contracts, purchase orders, briefs, coding manuals, and other pertinent documents are signed, up-to-date, and properly organized
- Leading innovation in CARMA’s Insights services, including enhancing commentary quality, data integration, data visualisation, and reporting formats
- Actively identifying and escalating roadblocks with proposed solutions to external PR agencies in a timely manner
- Conducting data verifications and statistical analyses to provide accurate reporting and insights for clients
- Coordinating with global operations teams to set deadlines and improve efficiency, ensuring deliveries are accurate and timely
- Monitoring analyst efficiency metrics, pinpointing areas for improvement, and ensuring that necessary actions are taken
