We are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead CARMA Media Insights' expansion in the Government IT Projects sector throughout the UAE.
Requirements
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities with UAE government and semi-government entities
- Represent and promote CARMA Media Insights' software development, system integration, and IT outsourcing services
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, solution presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution positioning and scope definition
- Track government tenders, RFPs, and RFQs, and lead the response and submission process
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
- Proven experience in IT sales or business development
- Strong experience dealing with UAE government entities
- Solid understanding of software development projects, government systems, and IT outsourcing models
- Proven ability to secure government contracts and long-term projects
- Excellent communication in both English as well as Arabic, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Existing government network in the UAE is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of UAE government procurement and tendering processes
- Ability to convert technical solutions into clear business value
