Business Operations Associate

Provide iconic customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment through the facilitation of the sales, auction, and appraisal processes.

Requirements

• Assist store personnel and all store departments in their daily functions
• Provide customer service by greeting customers and answering questions
• Accurately process paperwork associated with retail/wholesale automobile sales and appraisal purchases
• Manage multiple pay types, including receiving and counting money
• Mentor new Business Operations Associates and train other store departments on Business Office processes and procedures
