Customer Specialist - Full Time

As a Customer Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service, guide customers throughout their CarMax journey, and work to ensure a positive experience buying and selling cars. You will conduct vehicle condition assessments, perform cosmetic inspections, and complete administrative duties, including sales paperwork and managing repair orders.
