Job Description
Carmel Partners is seeking a Senior Associate, Asset Management to support the performance and value creation of its multifamily portfolio in Seattle, WA. The role involves optimizing property operations and maximizing investment returns at both the asset and portfolio levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant real estate experience with a master's degree, or 7+ years with a bachelor's degree.
- Strong understanding of multifamily asset management, including financial analysis, lease-up strategy, operating performance, and asset valuation.
- Advanced financial analysis skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with property management and revenue management systems such as Yardi, LRO, or similar platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with emerging data and analytics tools and the ability to leverage data insights to support asset strategy and operational decision-making.
