Job Description
Carmel Partners is seeking a Senior Associate, Asset Management in its Washington, D.C. Office to support the performance and value creation of its multifamily portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, or a related field required
- 5+ years of relevant real estate experience
- Strong understanding of multifamily asset management, including financial analysis, lease-up strategy, operating performance, and asset valuation.
- Advanced financial analysis skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with property management and revenue management systems such as Yardi, LRO, or similar platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with emerging data and analytics tools and the ability to leverage data insights to support asset strategy and operational decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey analysis and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assets, priorities, and deadlines.
- Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and accountability.
