PT Retail and Visitor Services Assistant

The Retail & Visitor Services Assistant will support Carnegie Hall's Retail Operations and the Visitor Services and Volunteers Department with public-facing interactions and administrative tasks. This includes facilitating public and private group tours, coordinating with House Management, Box Office, and docents, and assisting with in-person and online sales in the gift shop.
