Job Description
The Senator John Heinz History Center is seeking a part-time Visitor Services Associate to provide exceptional customer service, operate the Museum Shop, Admissions Desk, and History Center café, and contribute to the History Center's reputation for extraordinary customer service.
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly, and exceptional communications skills
- Ability to manage telephone, computer, and in-person customer service
- High school education or equivalent with at least two years of work experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or similar work settings
- Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand
