Job Description
We're looking for an AI Enablement Consultant to help faculty, staff, and students use AI to improve their work. The ideal candidate will partner with teams across the university to identify where AI can make a difference and provide training, consultation, and hands-on support.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in product or service delivery, ideally in a university or technical environment
- Experience supporting AI tool rollouts, adoption efforts, or platform integrations
- Foundational understanding of IT service management (ITIL or similar) and experience gathering business requirements
- Certifications in cloud/AI platforms or process improvement methodologies are a plus
