Carnegie Mellon University is seeking a Senior Administrative and Operations Assistant to support the Department of Chemical Engineering. The ideal candidate will provide executive support, HR functions, and academic administration, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting organization, financial administration, student employment, research personnel support, and academic administration.

Requirements

• Associate's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in administrative support role(s) preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Planning and organization skills
• Ability to manage time well while working on multiple concurrent tasks
