PSR Manager
High school diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years of medical office experience, strong customer service and communication skills
RN BSN Home Visitor Bilingual
BSN degree, 2+ years of experience in maternal/child health, public health, home visiting or mental/behavioral nursing
Registered Nurse (Float)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed as a LPN/RN, and BCLS certification required. Experience preferred
Nurse Practitioner
Graduate of an advanced practice program. 2+ years experience. Active South Carolina medical license is required
Physician Assistant
Graduate of PA program; 2+ years of experience; Active SC medical license and area specialty certification
Physician (MD/DO)
Must graduate from an accredited Medical School, complete a family medicine residency, and be board certified/eligible in Family Medicine/Pediatrics. Ability to communicate effectively and exercise confidentiality
Staff Physician
MD or DO, Family Medicine Residency, and SC license req. Must have clinical skills & PC knowledge. Patient/community experience appreciated
LPN Float
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed as a LPN/RN, BCLS certification, and experience preferred
