Job Description
Provides comprehensive in-home community health nursing services to women and their families enrolled in the Nurse-Family Partnership program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure
- 2+ years professional work experience in maternal/child health, public health, home visiting or mental/behavioral nursing
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Great interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in use of computer and keyboard
- Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to maintain confidentiality
