Job Description
The nurse assists the provider in delivering healthcare and patient care management under the supervision of the nurse manager and/or clinical coordinator. Duties include conducting patient care, preparing patients for examinations, administering injections, and maintaining patient documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program of practical nurse education
- Licensed by South Carolina and in good standing as a LPN/RN
- BCLS certification
- Experience preferred but will train new graduates
