Trainer

Carolina Poly, Inc. is seeking a Trainer to join its team in Chester, SC. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting, facilitating, and documenting production training, as well as ensuring all employees have completed necessary training.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience training required
• 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing training preferred
• Bilingual with above average communication skills using both Spanish and English is a plus
• Excellent communication skills required
• Ability to work a night shift or a day shift as assigned by management
