Job Description
Carpenter Technology Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Engineer III to lead scale-up and manufacturing initiatives for soft magnetic materials and stack assemblies in advanced technology applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in soft magnetics, advanced materials, or stack assembly.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality systems.
- Knowledge of magnetic characterization techniques and performance testing.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be well organized and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions, work with moderate supervision.
