Product Development Engineer - Motor Technology Center

The Product Development Engineer will lead and support product development efforts, optimize soft magnetic material properties, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure quality. The ideal candidate will explore advances in magnetics/metallurgy of soft magnetic materials and provide subject matter expertise to optimize stack performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 2-3+ years of experience in magnetic materials, product engineering, or testing
• Familiarity with soft magnetic alloys and lamination stack design
