Senior Metallurgist - Process Metallurgy

Carpenter Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior Metallurgist - Process Metallurgy to provide technical services to internal and external customers, support production processes, and apply statistical methods to solve problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• 4+ years relevant experience
• Specialized knowledge of metallurgical principles, standards, methods and practices
• Specialized knowledge of metallurgical and production equipment
• Awareness of newest and latest technologies available
• Understanding of the application of statistics, six sigma and BPI practices
