Instructional Designer

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop technical training on commercial HVAC equipment and controls. The ideal candidate will combine strong instructional design, animation, and video production skills with experience working with technical audiences and familiarity with HVAC systems and controls.

Requirements

• Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps, learner characteristics, and business goals for targeted audiences
• Translate technical and business requirements into clear learning objectives, structured curricula, and effective assessment plans
• Develop technical training and resources on HVAC equipment and controls
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to guarantee all materials are technically accurate
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, observation, and performance data analysis
